The Villa

Villa Centinela features adjustable air conditioning, a saltwater softener, an osmosis filter, Wi-Fi, and a monitored alarm system for added comfort and security. An elevator connects the ground floor to the lower levels for easy access.

Rental Information

Enjoy a luxurious stay at Villa Centinela with the following rates for Summer 2025:
May 31 to June 30: €350 per night
July 1 to July 15: €360 per night
July 16 to August 17: €500 per night
August 18 to September 14: €360 per night
September 15 to September 28: €350 per night
Minimum stay of 1 week. The price includes:
Water, electricity, and Wi-Fi consumption
Maintenance of the gardens, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and elevator
Weekly interior cleaning with bed linen change
Additional cleaning (NOT included, available upon request)
A deposit of €5,000 will be required to secure the booking.
This deposit will serve as a security during your stay and will be held to cover any potential damages. It will be refunded no later than 15 days after the end of the stay if no damage is reported.
